Job Description

  • Lead Qualification: - Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline. - And convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.


  • Client Relationship Management: - Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.


  • Sales Negotiation and Closing: - Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes


  • Market Analysis and Research: - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments - Analyse sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • To connect with the CP, brokers.

 

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Better support for technological change

    • Encouraging problem-solving

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
